Abstract
The rule or qawa'id are neither the law itself nor the source of the law. They are guidelines and regulations under the guidance of which jurists and mujtahids seek Sharia rulings to solve the problems that arise. By studying them, it becomes easy and possible to know and examine the ijtihad practice of the jurists and mujtahids of Islamic jurisprudence, and it becomes possible and certain to be aware of the Islamic Sharia perspective in everyday matters and to apply the rules to these matters.
